Product description
Floor Vase -CEOLA- in Black, Height 63 cm: This ceramic floor vase makes a striking statement with its slender shape and distinctive surface. The semi-matte glaze in Black gives it a calm, elegant appearance. Ridges, inclusions, and fine irregularities define its lively look and lend the surface its characteristic expression.
With a height of 63 cm, the large vase is particularly suitable for placement on the floor. In the living area, hallway, or an open corner of a room, its clear silhouette makes a powerful visual impact. It can be presented on its own as a decorative object or arranged with carefully selected branches and dried flowers. The dark color accentuates both the contour and the varied texture of the ceramic.
The CEOLA floor vase was designed by Frederike Martens. Its pared-back design combines a simple formal language with intentionally visible surface details. This allows it to blend into the CEOLA series as a distinctive design element.

About
Trained as an industrial designer with a particular emphasis on glass and ceramics at the Design School in Halle, Germany, Frederike Martens (born 1987) has a rare talent for pure and strikingly simple shapes, and a preference for colours that will stand the test of time. With her impeccable sense of balance and proportion, Frederike work displays a special sensitivity to how materials work, both alone and together. However, for the young designer the practical usability of any given item is equally important. The Sablo tableware line, comprising 18 distinct items, was her first design project for blomus – and has now been followed up by the Ceola vase.
