Product description
Vase -CEOLA- Color White Height 19 cm is a ceramic vase for selected flowers, individual stems, or decorative branches. Its rounded, organically inspired silhouette meets a slender neck that showcases floral arrangements with clarity. The CEOLA vase is therefore suitable for both minimalist decorations and small bouquets.
The matte, rough-glazed surface emphasizes the calm design and lends the White color a subtle texture. Small imperfections, visible lines, and slight color variations may characterize the appearance of the ceramic. With a height of 19 cm, the vase can be placed on a dining table, sideboard, or shelf. Even without flowers, its balanced shape works as a decorative home accessory.
Frederike Martens’ design recalls Japanese metal vases with its rounded contour. The CEOLA collection includes various shapes and sizes, unified by their characteristic slender necks and organic design.

About
Trained as an industrial designer with a particular emphasis on glass and ceramics at the Design School in Halle, Germany, Frederike Martens (born 1987) has a rare talent for pure and strikingly simple shapes, and a preference for colours that will stand the test of time. With her impeccable sense of balance and proportion, Frederike work displays a special sensitivity to how materials work, both alone and together. However, for the young designer the practical usability of any given item is equally important. The Sablo tableware line, comprising 18 distinct items, was her first design project for blomus – and has now been followed up by the Ceola vase.
