Product description
The CEOLA vase in the color Tradewinds is a ceramic vase with a height of 18 cm. Its rounded, organic silhouette gives the design a harmonious yet modern appearance. The slightly rough surface and subtle color variations of the ceramic emphasize the distinctive character of this home accessory.
As a flower vase, CEOLA stylishly showcases individual blooms, branches, or small arrangements. Even without floral decoration, it makes an impression as a standalone decorative element on the dining table, a sideboard, or a shelf. The green-blue shade Tradewinds brings a tranquil touch of color to the room and highlights the vase’s distinctive shape.
The design was created by Frederike Martens and combines clean styling with softly rounded contours. Thanks to its compact height, the vase can be used as a targeted decorative accent. Within the CEOLA series, it can be combined with the officially offered sizes and colors to create an individual arrangement.

About
Trained as an industrial designer with a particular emphasis on glass and ceramics at the Design School in Halle, Germany, Frederike Martens (born 1987) has a rare talent for pure and strikingly simple shapes, and a preference for colours that will stand the test of time. With her impeccable sense of balance and proportion, Frederike work displays a special sensitivity to how materials work, both alone and together. However, for the young designer the practical usability of any given item is equally important. The Sablo tableware line, comprising 18 distinct items, was her first design project for blomus – and has now been followed up by the Ceola vase.
