The 2-piece GANO dish towel set in Desert Sage and size 70 x 50 cm brings a clean, modern look to the kitchen. Both towels are made of cotton and crafted from fine, pre-washed waffle piqué. Its three-dimensional structure defines the characteristic surface and gives these kitchen textiles a distinctive tactile quality.
The set includes two different patterns: a block design and a stripe design add variety while sharing a cohesive visual language. The soft Desert Sage tone enhances the calm, contemporary look. This makes the towels equally well suited to modern kitchens and more understated cooking spaces.
Thanks to their size, the cotton towels are ideal for drying dishes, glasses and cutlery, as well as for other typical tasks around the sink. The design was created by Frederike Martens. As a functional duo, the 2-piece set combines a distinctive waffle texture with two graphic patterns and blends harmoniously into the GANO collection.

About
Trained as an industrial designer with a particular emphasis on glass and ceramics at the Design School in Halle, Germany, Frederike Martens (born 1987) has a rare talent for pure and strikingly simple shapes, and a preference for colours that will stand the test of time. With her impeccable sense of balance and proportion, Frederike work displays a special sensitivity to how materials work, both alone and together. However, for the young designer the practical usability of any given item is equally important. The Sablo tableware line, comprising 18 distinct items, was her first design project for blomus – and has now been followed up by the Ceola vase.
